Preconstruction services include comprehensive plan reviews for coordination and clarification of drawings and specifications and is the greatest opportunity to avoid costly change orders during the construction phase, regarding both dollars and days.  This process aims to eliminate approximately 75% of RFI's and addendums that would need to be addressed during the construction phase at a higher cost.  Preconstruction services includes review for life safety code, building code and Texas Accessibility requirements.

Construction services include letting of subcontracts, daily site management for production and quality control of the construction progress by experienced superintendents, punch list completion and approval of licensing agencies (senior living facilities).
